I coded a wiki bot a few weeks ago and was planning to sell it on the Warrior Forum, but theyre not accepting wiki submitters anymore. I didnt want my hard work to go to waste so I decided that I'll share it here.
It uses the web browser so it might not be up to standards of what you might look for in a bot (ie multithreading,webrequests), but it does its job good IMHO.

Heres what it does:
- Scrapes usernames and passwords
- Option to pick new username and password for each site it submits too
- Lets you import articles from file or paste it in
- Spintax support for the articles
- Registers and submits too MediaWiki sites
- Error handling
- Shows you successful and failed sites
- Lets you export successful sites (submissions)
- Lets you use a proxy (slower)
- And other minor details...
I have also included a list of high PR wiki sites you can submit too and a video showing you how to use it.
